A barn-inspired family home, simple in form with linear proportions. Located within a settlement in North East Derbyshire and nestled on a constrained garden plot. The brief was to create a well consider dwelling that drew Inspiration from the local vernacular through its built form and materiality.

A redesign of a new build dormer bungalow on a vacant plot of land following previous planning approval. The planning approval had since lapsed and the original design was in need of significant changes to accommodate modern living.

A single-storey rear extension for a detached property in Halfway. The process involved the reconfiguration of the existing kitchen and dining room whilst increasing the downstairs footprint. The aim was to create a functional and welcoming family living space.
